Shipping policy

** Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Domestic (The United Kingdom) Shipping

  • Standard Royal Mail Shipping costs £2.99, or is free for orders of £50 or more. Estimated delivery time is 1-7 working days from dispatch.
  • Royal Mail Tracked costs £3.99 - Royal Mail Tracked orders will be prioritized and shipped before standard shipping orders. Tracking number and estimated dispatch date will be provided. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days from dispatch.
  • Next Day Delivery costs £7.99 - Not yet available but working on this!

International Shipping

  • Europe: £9.99
  • US, Canada, and International: £12.99

We use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Shipping might take 5 to 15 business days.

We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges that may apply upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office regarding any potential fees.

Wrong Address Policy

In case the customer gives us an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the order doesn't make it to its destination, we cannot take responsibility for replacing the order or issuing a refund.
