Refund policy

Purchases at John Lewis:

Items purchased from John Lewis can only be returned to a John Lewis store. Please return the item(s) to your nearest John Lewis branch.

Purchased directly on our website:

We trust that you will adore your purchase from us. However, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we are more than willing to provide a refund for any item returned in a fully re-saleable condition within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@andeajewellery.co.uk. Buyer will shoulder the shipping and ensure to return it via tracked shipping as we are not responsible for lost packages. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, please send the package and the tracking number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@andeajewellery.co.uk.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your ordered items carefully once received. If you find any defects, damages or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or have been damaged by you.

Also, please ensure that you return the items within 14 days of receipt. If we receive your return after the 14-day timeframe, we reserve the right to refuse it and send it back to you.

Warranty

All Andea Jewelleries are warranted for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase. It does not normally cover wear and tear, loss, or damage caused by the customer. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene reason, we do not accept returns for earrings. Sale items are also not refundable.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for now. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
